The Apothecary is a shop located in the Town Hall that supplies potion recipes for morphing villagers, durability recipes for houses and items. It is manned by a hybrid named Aizu Athari.
As with all site-run shops, you can haggle item prices down 5%. The result is rounded down, so 
75 can be haggled to 71.
